Diablo II

This may sound kinda lame and it maybe just the game. But in Diablo II yes I am just now playing it, finally have a comp to support the massive size. Anyways. When you try to socket a weapon it wouldnt let me. Is it a level issue or just the wrong jewel I am trying to socket? Any help would ummm help? Im a retard sometimes

what are u trying to socket btw?

some items cant be socketed i.e. throwable stuff like javelins, throwing axes etc etc etc. My guess would be that u r trying to socket titan's revenge right ?

well actually it was that but, due to my newbility to the game, ys I finally have a computer thta will work it, i found that you have to have it in your inventory rather than holding it. Stupid me, but now it does nothing as the hd I have it on has decided to be intermittant. how funny. Owell damn Fujitsu LOL
