OC Phenom 9500 (2.3Ghz)

Hey fellas, I need to OC this cpu asap. I've had it for awhile now and want to see if I can get it to 3.0Ghz... I haven't tried overclocking before but I want to give it a shot and hoping that you guys could give me a couple pointers.

Hardware:
Mobo: Asus M3A32-MVP
CPU: Phenom 9500 AM2+ (2.3Ghz)
PS: 850Watt Corsair ATX
HD: Seagate 400Gb
GPU: XFX GeForce GTX 275
RAM: 4Gb DDR2

It is possible to even overclock a graphics card too?

B2 hate over clock at all

Buy a phenom II would get 3.0ghz+ with out all the hassle.
