Has anyone else had any kind of problems with these people? Ive tried to be as patient as possible with them but I have placed an order with them for one of the 240mm rad coolers on 8/11/2010 and it has yet to ship and they have already billed me for said goods.

placed an order for the 240mm radiator based ALC on 8/11/2010 and my order has been pending fufillment since 8/12/2010, I have yet to recieve word on if and when my unit will ship and have not recieved any tracking information or updated status.

Please advise if and when this order is scheduled to be completed and shipped as I am moving from this address in one week and if it cannot be fufilled by that time please cancel this order

I am sorry that it is taking this long to fulfill your order.
The ECO ALC is a custom build, hence the extra time to manufacture it.

If you would provide your new address, I would be able to hold the order until you have moved.

Thats fine is t here atleast some kind of time frame of when it might be ready for shipment? Because quite honestly if it isnt realy by September I would prefer the order be cancelled so I can see other options.

I have been able to confirm that the fans need to compete your custom built ECO C240 ALC will be arriving at at our facility by the end of next week at the latest.
At that point your order will be built and shipped out as soon as possible.
If you provide us with your new address we would ensure that it will be shipped to the correct address.

Could you please go to https://checkout.netsuite.com/app/center/nlvisitor.nl?c=858394&sc=6&n=1, sign in and then edit your profile. Be sure to fill out all of the fields so that we will have the information required to ship your product.

That's fine, worst comes to worst I can have it held at the sort facility. I appreciate the communication I just wanted to see where we stood with things. I appreciate your help

Any word on the status of these parts? Last I had heard there was a possibility of this cooling unit being shipped on friday 8/27/2010 and as of 8/30/2010 I still see it is pending.

Is there and updated ETA?

You should try phoning them up if you want an update right away.

I hate it when companies take a week to respond, but it does happen sometimes - Also emails can get lost or forgotten about.

Yes, no action has been taken on their part to fufill the order

We are having issues with customs for us to receive the shipment of fans. We don't understand the details, but have been told they will be released today.
We are estimating the arrival on Monday.


We will be able to build and ship your ECO-C240 ALC as soon as possible for you.

Finally got my unit today and it is fantastic. Well shipped and protected, while I wish it was 3 days it was well worth the wait; this is the first time ive seen my CPU below 20C*
