I want to play bluray through computer without downsampling the audio....

ISO From my collection of blurays are loaded onto my computer so I can find the movie easily instead of going through my library of dvds and blu rays...

I want to be able to use the Lynx AES16e and connect to a higher end DAC.
My video is from my Radeon HD5870 DVI card...

Does anyone know a program that could work out for me?

The only way you can bitstream hd audio from your pc is using HDMI. So your only options are either the ATI 5xxx series cards or the Asus Xonar cards.

what happens when you use "AnyDVD HD" though?...

Here are some threads that seem to talk about this issue (only skimmed through them)

Select ATI 4 series and now Nvidia (hdmi) cards also play back HD.

I'm assuming the HD5XXX series should be able to do it.. I haven't had the time to drag my receiver around to test that =/

What software are you using? I've had Core i3 IGP, HD5970, and GTX460 all successfully bitstream audio over HDMI. Although when I buy a bluray the first thing I do is rip it in to an MKV container. Makes it much less of a headache.

I shall give a try as soon as I can move my stuff around. I have Cyberlink and WinDVD atm.
Windows media player classic + CoreAVC / VMR9 Windows 7 - I do not know if it will down sample etc.. But I know it can do flac mkv/264
What software are you using lowfat?

Reading the below link is going to take awhile and after work is going to turn into a headache :(

FYI.

i've helped a friend with this issue (i myself don't have hdmi reciever yet and connected with optic)

check your amp setting, check if the hdmi tv output is enabled and disable it,
because hdmi is two way connection the amp tells the hdmi card to downscale the audio so he would be able to output it to the lcd.

I myself use MPC-HC w/ ffdshow (audio only) for movies that have a DTS-HD Master or TrueHD soundtrack. And well Flac too.

This is also true. My Onkyo TX-SR606 recently decided it no longer wants to do TrueHD or DTS-HD.The options to play either are no longer listed under 'supported formats' in the Sound Control Panel.
