ok so i've had this combo for some time and have had it o'clocked to 3.6 the whole time with no issues ever.wednesday night i upgraded my gpu from crossfire 5770 to a galaxy gtx460.i uninstalled the 5770s put in the 460 and fired it up and no boot and auto restart.bios defaulted settings so i just ran with it stock and figured i'd o'clock cpu after i finished installing the new card.man was i wrong.as long as i'm running default settings for cpu and pci express freq. in bios pc boots and runs perfect.but if i try to manually set cpu freq or lock pci freq to 100(where i've always had it set) it won't boot and auto goes back to default.i guess i should have defaulted the cpu before installing new gpu but what got screwed up.i've cleared cmos and it's still doing it.is this some issue with having an nvidia card in an x48 board?any ideas?
