Hi!

My first post on these forums regarding watercooling so bare with me if the questions have allready been asked :P

Im planing to build a new rig and this is the stuff i have assembled for it.

1 x ASUS 5970 GFX Card
1 x Corsair 800D Case
1 x Intel i7 930 CPU
1 x ASUS Rampage Extreme 3 Motherboard
1 x EK Water Blocks EK-D5 X-TOP - Acetal G1/4 Rev. 2
1 x EK Water Blocks EK-CoolStream RAD XT 360
1 x EK Water Blocks EK-Supreme HF Acetal universal CPU cooler
1 x EK Water Blocks EK-FC5970 RAM Backplate - Black
1 x EK Water Blocks EK-FB RE3 Acetal+Nickel Motherboard cooler
1 x EK Water Blocks EK-Multioption RES X2 - 250 Basic Reservoir
1 x EK Water Blocks EK-FC5970 Acetal+Nickel Full Cover GFX cooler
1 x Swiftech MCP655 Pump

My plan is to do a mild OC with the CPU to around 3.8GHz and leave the GFX card on default, yes, i should perhaps aim higher, but this will do for starters.

Is one loop enuff with the above components or should i reconsider getting a second one?

I will use a total of 6fans in push/pull on the radiator.

Enough? Imho only with mild or like on air overclocks, or you'll have to really ramp up fans. For silence + heavy overvolting/overclocking i'd count at least something like 3x120 for i7, and 2x120 for 5970. As it looks to me judging by one rad, you are going single loop? Then imho you'd be better choosing DDC 3.25 pump+apropriate top instead of MCP655(D5 Vario).
