Hello,

Are there any waterblocks available for the Asus Rampage II Extreme that cover all the main motherboard components (NB, SB, power modules etc)?

I think I heard once that Koolance manufacture the kind of product I'm looking for, but I can't find it.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Odai.

Hi.

I think koolance had a block that covered all except the mosfets.

EK also has one see it here (http://www.ekwaterblocks.com/shop/blocks/motherboard-blocks/full-board-blocks/rampage-extreme-ii.html)

EDIT:

Are you looking for the this one here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R8C_uPaNqJU)

Cheers

There are three or four blocks for the REII. Check out performance pcs, they will have the best selection.

Hello,

Thanks for that guys.

I've had a look, and I've been unable to find what I'm looking for for the Asus R2E. To cool the whole board, I'd have to purchase several blocks, which would be limiting in terms of the efficiency of my loops.

What I was looking for is something like this:

http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=59_241_591&products_id=27811

This seems to cover everything on the board with one block - is there anything available like this for the Asus R2E?

You are correct, there is not a block that will cover the NB/SB and Mosfet, however you can leave the original heatsink on and go with either of these solutions:

http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=59_241_589&products_id=24469

http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=59_241_593&products_id=24408

I use the EK one currently on my RE3 and it dropped the NB/SB temps by 10 degrees.

I'm using MCW-NBMAX with nice results.

Just FYI guys, there are two great motherboard block finders...

http://www.koolance.com/product_wizard/blocks.php
http://www.coolingconfigurator.com/

Koolance brought up the full cover: http://www.koolance.com/water-cooling/product_info.php?product_id=1034
EK's site brings up some Version 1 blocks and some sketches of Rev. 2 blocks.
