Anyone have any good tips on how to clean all the gunk off a rad without removing the fans?

I have 6 fans in push/pull on my triple rad in the top of my Cosmos case. Not easy to remove without breaking down the loop as too close to motherboard. Rads always build up a layer of dust/fluff between the fans and the rad fins.... must affect the airflow and cooling performance over time.

Compressed air cans (usually cost about a dollar or two) or an actual air compressor (with a storage tank) does the job better than anything else without dismounting anything.

I like using low moisture air compressors... Make sure you use something to keep the fans from spinning - extreme RPM's could damage them... You only get a few seconds worth of compressed air out of a can....
