1. I only have two of the thermal pads (bought used) will i be alright, or should i apply some mx2 to those areas?
I'd read the instruction manuals, but i dont speak german

You need to provide more information. Everyone here is usually very willy to help out but your post is seriously lacking any useful information.

Yes. Your missing 2 thermal pads I think. The ones mounted are old and need replaced anyway. You need to contact who made the block and ask for new pads or the thickness and ask then for a pic of where the TTape needs applied. Whoever applied that tape did a pee poor job for sure.
You bought it used, you need to do some homework and figure it out.
What block is that?
