Hi,

Can I install an XSPC 360 RX at the back of a Thermaltake Armor+?, There will be 2 x GTX 470 in SLI, blowing hot air into the rad.
The Rad will be cooling an I7 920 CPU at 3.8Ghz and Swiftech NBMax on Rampage III extreme.

Thanks.

Ok, in this case you have your PSU blowing a hot air to your rad. Your GPU's are watercooled, they wont blow any extra hot air to your rad, except maybe the 250 GTS???? any way do you think I will get a hot CPU ???

How did you set your fans blowing direction?

Thanks for your help

70 views and no help??, is it my English? is it that bad? it is my fourth langauge. Let me try to explain.

Do I loose cooling capacity of the radiator if the graphic cards are blowing hot air to the radiator.

Thanks

Yes, it would very badly affect cooling.

Thank you very much for the answer. I have to install it on top of the case then.

the fans blowing away from the backof the case. i have a centrifugal fan taped (yes i no its budget) to the back of the PSU and the 250 is aircooled but it has a zalman cooler on it so only some air goes out of the back of the case

you could just make a little duct for the hot air so that the air is exhausted out at the bottom of the case. coz it would be really hard to attach a rad to the top of an armor+

Yes you are right TRICHEESE, it is very hard to install that rad on the top of the TT Armor+, last night I was searching the net for pictures of some one did it before, but nothing. Now I am really stuck with this case. The thing is I just bought it, for it's look and now I have a serious problem

i have a dual 120mm rad in the bottom where the fans are and i used to have a single on the back, that would be equivelent to a triple and all in the case

Ok, I have three days before I start building, If I do not find any other way on how to mount the 360 RX, il will get one 120 and one 240 and I'll try to sell my 360 RX.
Thanks TRICHEESE
