Hey...

Well, this is some weird problem. I'm sitting with a:

ABit NF7-S Rev. 2.0
2500+ XP
SLK900U + Papst 92mm 23dB
2x Kingston PC3500 256MB
Q-Tec 550W
IBM IDE 120GB
Seagate SATA 120GB
Daytona GeForce4 Ti4200 128MB

When the computer boots, everything seems fine. So I boot on a Windows XP, which works perfectly fine in my other machine... it goes nuts - it shuts down, and the speaker is going berzerk. At first it was when it had just loaded all that temporary drivers, but now it doesn't even get that far.

I've tried with 2 cd-rom tray's, a Windows 2000 cd, another PSU, with one RAM, and then the other, with another graphiccard, and all that stuff. I tried to take out the CPU and mount it again - didn't help, and I'm of course running with the newest BIOS.

I'm greatfull to any suggestions.

In the HW monitor ? Do you mean the software application? I can't even install Windows.

I found a solution. Running 10,5x173 for instance solves the problem. I have now formatted my drive, installed Windows XP, and I ran a burn-in with out problems in about 30 minutes... very strange.. very strange indeed.
