this is all on air with my card running 340/780. I just now finished the volt/mod and the card's running in the 350's. what will I need to hit 14k. Im guessing 13.5-13.6k with the core in the 50's but Im tihnking that I might have to do the ram/vcore mods so I can get the extra jucie I need to push the FSB up to 200mhz. Right now its 24/7 stable at 1863mhz and 196mhz fsb but even 1mhz more on the fsb kills my cpu and or memory.. Any words of wistom? quad-damage already helped me gain 300+ more points and told me If i could run 1t command it would boost my lobby scores enough to do it.. any help would be wonderful!!

just as a start try the 29:42 drivers ... for the graphics clocks that you have and fsb .. if you can get 1t command you should be very close if not over ... also you using riva tuner

Thats not close at all damn it, thats barely stratching 13k :p

Major is right though, 208mhz FSB, 2-4-2-6-3-1T gave me a huge performance increase, and i find its still holding its own now :)

yep, i did it with cpu running just below 1.9ghz (9.5X200) and MSI GF4@354/770. 100% air-cooled.

What resistor did you use on the volt modd to the Ti4600?

Also , I noticed that you and Qwerty both are using the 29.11 Detonators. Do you find them faster than the 30.30s or 30.82s?

I find them faster in 2000 than the rest and I used a 1.4k resistor.

Qwerty my man.

Work on your system.

Stock card => http://service.madonion.com/compare?2k1=4262847

I've only had it in the system for about an hour.

Im using a 512meg stick of slow cas2.5 pc2700 memory..that has to run at 3,3,3,6,2 my friend and you have 140 mhz on me one the cpu... let me see if you can run your air cooled ti4600 at 355/775 + stable 24/7 while you go back and run 3dmark's test all the "tests" fillrates and all.. Ive have already benched my system with a cas2 pc3200 256 meg stick and im in the 14,000's with a cpu under 1900mhz.. Oh all air cooled.. But thanks!!!

Cool lets see the link.

test all the "tests" fillrates and all..

Doesn't matter they don't count. (see link in sig)

Oh all air cooled

My whole system is air cooled big deal, and the card is stock.

The point I was trying to make to you is that there is a whole lot more to be gained but most of it has to do with your system not the card.

i wouldn't recommend any of 30.xx drivers as they're good for games, but don't cut it for benching. you may wanna try benching 3dmark set to run as "real-time" priority, but this may screw "nature" test. i also wouldn't recommend setting LOD Bias over +4. (Nature@LOD 3.1 i find optimal)
by the way i don't even remember the last time i benched. i think it's time to re-activate my benching rig and some good cooling.
