Ive been using a Sennheiser HD201 for the last few years.
Bought them because i didnt want to spend alot on some headphones and i heard the sound was nice for a low price.
The 201s have been sweet but thanks to my cat they are near the end of their life.
The last few months ive been looking at some Sennheiser HD555s (around 100 euro). Put myself on a monthly budget for PC stuff so it will be a while till i can get them.
But now i can get a pair of AKG K172HD for 60 euro. I know AKG is good but i cant find anything on the 172 except for the specs.
Il be using them for music and gaming.
So can anyone tell me if the 172s are good or if i should spend 40 more for the HD555s.
