MDPC-X SATA Sleeve question

i want to order the sata sleeve from Nils, but i dont know if i can to sleeve a angled cables.

i cant to sleeve the cable from the other side because of its a SFF 8484 to 4 SATA cable. (perc5i controller)

Sure you can, just expand the sleeving enough so it will go over. It's best to sear the ends so that it won't fray before doing this, as it will likely fray with maximum expansion.
