Last month I ordered a custom single stage from Runmc. Communication was totally awesome prior to paying for the unit. It was even better afterwards. :yepp:

I wanna give a big shout out to UPS for being the great shipping company they are. The first unit had some damage to the suction line that happened during shipping. The unit was packed very nice IMO. Runmc totally took care of me. Without question he took the unit back, and began building the replacement. Once again communication was always there.

New unit arrived Wednesday the 12th. Packaging was great once again. UPS managed to put a hole in three of the four sides of the outer box. The good news is the inner box was secured like Ft. Knox. This morning I finished my last startup cycle before mounting it up to an i7. Unit pulls down to -51c then settles at -49c. :) I can't wait to load her up. :yepp:

Thanks again Ron. From my experience not only is he an honest seller, but an honest man. Those two things are rare in today's world. I definitely recomend talking to this man if you are thinking about getting into phase cooling and live in the US. Below is an album on Flickr of my new unit. Pay no mind to image quality. I still don't know how to use this darn DSLR.

I can agree with all of the above; I've had uncountable piles of transactions and interactions with Ron in the last handful of years. Always great, always happy to help.

This is my subjective point of view but over the years i have read these forums and there are few people that seem to have lots of knowledge/understanding but shares it without ever seeming egoistic about it or getting into stupid arguments. I think runmc, gomeler-somethingsomething and very few others belong to that club. Keep on showing example

Back in August 2005 I was looking for a particular part.
Ran across Ron's "Under the Ice" site and emailed him.
Treated me like a friend and steered me here and I found the part.
Worst thing I ever heard him say about anyone was recently that a guy sounded jealous.
That's Ron, as good as they come.
