Hey everyone I just finished my new watercooled build and there seems to be a rattle coming from my pump and flow metre area that is really annoying here is a video of of how it sounds http://i668.photobucket.com/albums/vv48/osborne3/th_SAM_0300.jpg (http://s668.photobucket.com/albums/vv48/osborne3/?action=view&current=SAM_0300.flv) (Turn Volume UP) Anywho I thought I would check here to see if anyone else has got a rattle from there Aqua Computer flow metre or from there XSPC mounted Swiftech MCP355, Or if anyone has any ideas on what it could be. On first assumptions I suspect my flow metre. But can't be sure. Thanks for help :D

Aside from photobucket video thing being a total piece of crap, i only heard the normal noise a MCP355 makes ? The loud clicks and noises prevented me from raising the volume too much....

I don't really mind the photoshop video thing it's free and pretty much does what I want it to. But it deffinately makes an odd rattling noise since I have two pumps connected I turned off the one with rattle and it went away I then reconnected and it came back.

Both pumps are mounted at this XSPC Res. , right ?

http://www.aquatuning.de/product_info.php/language/en/info/p7114_XSPC-Laing-DDC-Ausgleichsbeh-lter-Dual-Bay-5-25--f-r-1-und-2-Laing-Pumpen.html

So you can run it with 1 or 2 pumps. Mount the pump, with no rattling sound on the other side of the res, and check if the sound is gone. If so, the XSPC Res. seems to be the reason.

Itīs also possible, that the flowmeter makes this sound. Which one do you use ?

You have two loops or dual pumps in one loop ?

That tick sounds an awful lot like the the the tick my Koolance FM17 makes. It's extremely faint but, if I turn my head the right way while it's running, I can hear it. If your tick was faster, I'd say it was one of the pumps but, it's a bit slow to be a pump.

Yeh it's two loops. I'm almost positive it's the flow metre so I guess ill have to take it out and do a mini loop with and without the flow metre, to check.
