Just got 4 of them some days ago and they run nicely at 12V. And the best thing is that they are nearly inaudible when run @12V.

Gotta be quiet, only thing that scares me is on check out it says, "shipping charges will be added to your order"

Shipping costs are listed on the front page of the site! ;) I paid 6$ for shipping for example. And I didn't order from Germany, but my sister was in the US for three months until a a few weeks ago. She ordered the fans for me and brought them to germany, when she came home. :D
