Need help splicing fans (120mm tricool blue)

I'm going to splice 2 tricools together for my rad, but the wires aren't color coded... :shakes:
One is marked with an x, another with a circle, and the middle one isnt marked at all, Ièm guessing the middle unmarked wire is the ground, not sure about the other 2, one must be 12v and the other rpm signal, but I donèt know which is which, can anyone help me out with this?

Compare it to another fan, the 3 wires will always be in the same sequecne.

If they run fine off a standard 3 pin connector, the wires will be the same as any other 3 pin fan connector which is black/red(12v)/yellow(tach) (looking at the connectore from the smooth side with pin release dents).
