I am not sure that Martin's flow meter estimator ver3.1 from 7/23/2008 is correct, there are no many modern parts, but it calculates me 0.9 gpm flow.
I have loop
laing ddc w/ stock top 10w - swiftech mcr220 - ek supreme lt - ekfullcover - 5.25bay res xspc - and one more rad will be soon, xspc rx240 or smth else.
Also there are 2 90-degree elbow fittings.
Will be ddc 10w enough or it would be much better to mod it to 18w?

If you feel comfortable enough to do it, then do it. It won't hurt you and it is pretty easy to do.

Could of just posted that instead of bumping it after only 3 hours. :)

The mod will not hurt anything. It's simple and gives a bit of a bump to performance. The only issue is if you have a new one. I have heard the new ones can't be modded.

Well in most cases according to the flow rate estimator, a ddc 3.1 + an xspc top will give you the flow of a d5 on setting 5.

But you could mod, it won't cost you more than 10 minutes of your time.
