Hi guys, been hovering around here for a bit and considering what options I have for my new build.

I have come up with what I believe could be a good setup but I would like input from those with the know... Yes you :)

Anyway My system is currently as follows :

Case : Antec 1200
Mobo : Asus Rampage II extreme
CPU : i7 920 d0 stepping @ 4ghz
Ram : Corsair XMS3 6GB
GPU 1 : Ati 5970
GPU 2 : Ati 5870
HDD : 4 x OCZ Vertex ( raid 0 )

As the 1200 case is horrid of internal water kit I am looking at a new case. I am ( and think I have decided on ) the Silverstone TJ07. I have found an online site that will also mod the TJ07 for you to allow for a tripple rad on the top of the case. Still not sure though if I should choose this option and go for a tripple on my CPU & Chipset or leave case as is and use a double rad on there.

Anyway here is the parts list I have compiled with links to the actual parts. Any advice on this list is what I am looking for and any suggestions on what might be better is an added bonus. Thanks in advance for any help / input.

Almost forgot to mention that I am going for a 2 loop setup. 1 Loop for CPU & Chipset and another loop for the 2 GPU's.

As the 1200 case is horrid of internal water kit I am looking at a new case. I am ( and think I have decided on ) the Silverstone TJ07.If you don't like the looks and want to buy a TJ07, that's great. But please don't toss out nonsense as if it was fact. 1200 with all its drive bays is in fact incredibly easy to watercool internally.

Case in point: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=244673. Excellent build in a 1200.

Which fans you gonna use?

Stealth rads are mediocre. They are high FPI and need powerful fans to take advantage of them. But with the same fans (and price) you could be using GTX rads for even better performance.

Masterkleer is not ideal. Primochill LRT is the ideal for now. Saving money on tubing is kinda asking for trouble later wrt kinking, clouding, etc.

Rest looks fine, good luck.

Sorry about the 1200 comment. My wording ( after re-reading ) is a bit harsh on the case. What I should have said was the 1200 is not the best case for 2 tripple rads. My bad..

Thanks for the input on parts though much appriciated.

I'd replace the Swiftech Apogee XT Rev.2 CPU Water Block by the EK Supreme HF as it is the best performing block at the moment. To get an idea of the radiators' performance, head to http://www.skinneelabs.com/.

I have been thinking about what Kibbler said and the work log for that 1200 build ( 1st time I have seen that one even though I searched for 1200 builds previously ).

I am thinking maybe mod my 1200 case instead of using the TJ07. My question would be do you think a double rad would be enough for my i7 and chipset.

If a could get away with a double rad I am sure I could place the double for the CPU / chipset on the rear 2 fans and have my trebble for 2 gpus in the drive bays at the front. I will have to check this tonight though when I get home to make sure I would be able to find room for my 4 ssd's in there but I am sure I will be able to find a work around.

A 920 @4ghz + motherboard/chipset is probably going to be pushing a double-rad to it's limits . . .

I wouldn't do a roof mount triple rad in a TJ07. Just do a 4x120 and a 2x120 in the bottom. TJ07s are such nice cases as you can hide the rads in the bottom allowing for great air flow and leave the top for all the pretty hardware.

Another option you have is a Mountain Mod's Pinnacle. Great for keeping the tower feel, as well as being able to mount 2 3x120mm rads.

There is always a new better CPU block around the corner. Last I checked, The Swiftech XT HK 3.0 and the EK HF all performed really close to each other.

If noise in an issue, take Kibbler's advice and look into Magicool, Swiftech, EK, TFC, XSPC RX, or Thermochill rads. They all perform great with lower RPM fans.

Imho again roof triple + quad in the bottom would be best. Enough rads for cooling sli/cf top gpus with quad, and triple is enough for cpu. Dual rads in bottom might not work at best efficiency as depending from direction of air flow one of rads would get preheated air by other. All TJ07 with multirads in bottom compartment left impression on me of something cramped/forced, with 90deg fittings and such.
