I'm currently in the process of optimizing my very first liquid cooled computer, so I was wondering if anyone had any input on my loop.

This is the layout of my case:

And this is my current loop:

If anything, what should be changed? Also, how much of a difference does the direction of the flow make?

I will be doing almost the exact setup. I was told so many blocks to break into 2 loops with 2 pumps. I would do this but another res and pump is needed. (also turn 360 rad other way barbs closer to 240 rad) Loop#1 rad360->cpu->mosfet 1&2->mobo->res>pump Loop#2 240rad->gpu>res>pump
I think your way may work but depends on the rads being used and pump? If you use your Loop #1 see my dia below marked in red I would change.
