Ok Iam building a box to test fans and I wonder if a fin has a certain width or if there is some sort of standard so you can say exact how big FPI you need to make 25% flowstop at a given presure for example.

There are too many factors involved...FPI, fin design, and depth of the radiator all play into this. And don't forget that not every fan will loose the same amout of pressure and how much pressure it looses also depends on its RPM.

I know, just wondered, but I guess it will just be that a lot of different resistance plates are made and we will see what kind of radiator they are closest too in restriction, so people can relate to the results.
