So, I picked up a 55nm 260 for here and am pleased with the performance even though I just run at 1620 like my old 192's (haven't got round to pushing it yet)

But...how are you supposed to keep warm with these...they are rubbish as heaters....I might even have to turn the fan down from 100% :shakes::ROTF:

Nice.

If you want more heat output, get the modded Voltage Tuner (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=215521&highlight=SLI+softmod). Then you overclock the hell out of it :)

I'm going to swap everything around between my vista and xp rigs and have a look see if I can't get the good half of my 295 running here too. Vreg on the dvi side is titsup but if used as a secondary card on xp ...you never know

and once the folding windtunnel is built and I've got that number 6 slot I shall bring the 4 gx2's here too ....at least till we hit number 1

So to sum up in a week or so I will try for 200k...should help
