GTX 4 .. series? Are we talking a different price range here or what?

Probably. GTX295 here is listed at around €445 and the GTX480 which will be about the same performance or a bit higher will definitely go into the high 500's. There is only one available at this store and it's already reserved for someone. No others are coming in.

Hehe, you must have me apologized, but it is not my lucky day to put it that way. Of course, an all-new Sleeved HX1000 stopped working here for 5 min ago.. Great ;-). And then to the problem with this 295 card that is not possible to obtain, on it in again. aaaaaaah, for a lovely day :-) SUNSHINE ALL OVER THIS PLACE :-)

They're not making GTX 295 and GTX 285 anymore since November I think, you might still have a very small chance to find one in a retailer's stock. GTX 470/480 cards will be launched on the 26, but there will be limited availability.

You are aware that you won't be able to use more than two GTX 295s in SLI (4 GPUs) for playing games, yes ?

obviously aware of it. this is a customer who purchased to pay me to build this specific setup. No crisis for myself

damn .... technically impossible to find. working on to complete a wc build with 3* 295 single pcb (ASUS version). Have 2, missing one card. F.U.C.K thats annoying. it's possible to obtain the down trimmed GTXmodels(260, 280 etc), but obviously not 295! F.U.C.K Nvidia, and F to the U to the C to the K the new 4 series....

Peace

What are you hoping to accomplish with 3? Most you can run is quad sli.

i dont know why he will go 3 way sli, sir. to say it this way, i give a sh-it, as long as he is satisfied, to get the customer gets the product he expect I can deliver him.

6 GPU's can be used for Folding@Home or other GPGPU computing tasks. I'm saying this in all good intent, the customer might expect the 3 cards to work in SLI, you should be sure he understands it's not going to happen as they already are dual GPU cards.

Already done it! Sisters too.:yepp:

You could also try *shudders* ebay. But I'd definitely go with buying one from a member here rather than ebay.
