Guys, I ask you some advice to buy a new LCD monitor.

are undecided between:
22''
Dell 2209wa
HP LP2275w

24''
Dell u2410
HP LP2475w

I see your choices are all IPS panels there, IMO the 2209WA uses an E-IPS panel and still can't compare to the superior S-IPS or H-IPS panel (which the U2410 has). I'm not sure about HP but as a happy owner of the U2410, I would suggest getting it over the HP.

I believe it's the same, I got the U2410 but on the documentation it says U2410f, and the latest revision is A01

just found the NEC EA231wmi, from early reviews it's essentially a cut down u2410 for cheapVery high response time and likely high input lag too though. So if it's for gaming, not a good choice. If it's for other uses like photo work, the much lower gamut on the e-IPS panels can be a tradeoff too. The OP didn't exactly detail what the primary use was though.

On the U2410, some have said it's very high gamut can cause over saturation of colors in games and movies, others don't mention it to be a problem. Guess it depends on how one sets it up but it appears from all the info I've read on it you may need to set up custom profiles in your video card panel and hope they launch properly with games or movies you're playing/watching.

Color warmth is a very personal preference thing though, which is why I assume some mention it as a problem and others don't. Personally I hate color bleeding from over saturated colors, and I don't like the idea of having to set custom profiles for everything that has a problem with it. In movies it's not such a big deal, as I use KMPlayer and can easily and quickly adjust the saturation per movie on my KB.

Movies tend to vary in saturation anyway, so it's pretty much necessary to do it that way. Games are the main area where I foresee frustrations, esp since rendered material is more susceptible to over saturation and the adjustment for it usually has to be done in the GPU control panel. Very few games have such adjustments in the menu.

The HP LP2475W is a very good choice. I bought mine 2 years ago and it's a pretty versatile monitor. If has has plenty of the right connectors. I've run a Wii through it and the picture is excellent. Very good colors and no noticeble input lag. I watch movies, game and use the pc for productivity. I calibrated the monitor using the calibration values from a review on TFT Central and find the colors excellent. Get a proper LCD calibration tool and the monitor can be used nicely for photo work.

The HP 22" is not IPS, it's *VA, so in that category stick with the Dell.
But some VA panels are very good. Example being my BenQ FP241W. IMO, people over-hype IPS panels.

Personally, I'm glad to have moved up to the world of 24", 1920x1200 is a much easier resolution to work with than 1680x1050 when it comes to legacy apps and scaling.
Couldn't agree more there.

Anymore the question seems to be whether to move from 1920x1200 to 2560x1600 (or 2560x1440 as with the 27" Dell). Something of at least 1920x1080 has been one of my criteria for some time now. Just didn't think it would take this long to decide on which DX11 GPU. And now with the talk of further die shrinking by Nvidia, I may want to hold out even longer.

I just sRGB since it's easy on my eyes.
