I had a i5 750 and P7P55D and hope do 4Ghz but I need a good systems of cooling, wich one is better ???

a) CoolIT Elite
b) Watercooling:
- SWIFTECH APOGEE XT or EK EK-SUPREME HF (High Flow)
- EK EK-COOLSTREAM RAD XT 240
- Laing D5

i choose b obviously ;)
but i'd change the rad to 360

240 should handle the 750 very well, but if you plan on adding a VGA later on, a 360 might be a better choice.

My TRUE with a 1200rpm Sflex keeps my i5 @ 70C load with a 20c ambient. This at 4.0 ghz and 1.280 vcore. So any quality wc setup will be sufficient. If you plan on adding a vga card go for the 360 rad.

one of my friends buy me a CoolIt low cost (130€) and finally I buy it, is a good buy ???

CoolIT Elite is terrible IMHO. Every now and then we see people dump a bunch of money into them... If you do go down that path just buy two now and an extra rad, because ppl always add on to the CoolIT stuff. They're pretty well under capacity, unfortunately.

Post in the TEC section or search for CoolIT. Plenty of folks have been down this path...

my single swiftech 360 with i5 750 @4gig and a hd5870 handles pretty well so ill say b. and custom watercooling looks better anyways.

I would just get a 120x3 rad if you have the room. They don't cost alot more and they allow more flexibility.

You should see some nice temps with that setup though.
