Help wanted: setup tutorial

I have started a web site on/about distributed computing. We need a good tutorial on how to get and setup GPUGrid. Something like what Hotwaxisbad (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=224817) did for WCG. A thread like hotwax did and I will link to it.

Anyone game?

I'm definitely game if you need some help, but unfortunately I'm swamped with tests for the next week. (everyone wants to test before spring break)
