I'm looking for the following 45 degree compression fittings, but in the 7/16" ID 5/8" OD size. Any ideas on where I could get them in the UK?

The alternative is to simply use the normal compression fittings I have now, in conjunction with these:

But wouldn't that affect the flow rate more severely than the first option?

Would using an additional compression fitting along with that impact my flow rate more so than just using a 45 degree fitting on it's own?
