I'm very tempted, I can sell the games and my current 360 and only have spent <$100 in the end. Only question is how annoying it will be to have all my stuff transferred.

changing stuff over depends on what u have, profiles/saves u just need a memory card or HDD, for offline dlc u have to get a $15-20+ one time use transfer kit to go hdd to hdd and or activate the license transfer on the xbl website.

why not get a ps3 if u already have a 360 that way u can get FF13vs, gow3, infamous, ratchet and clank and the other exclusives. the elite and arcade are the same except the arcade have 512MB of nand and the elite will have 256 or 512 at random so u just need a HDD and its the same
