Need Help: My Viewsonic VX2433WM and MSI N260GTX is it capable?

Hello, I need help with resolution. I cant get my resolution to be at 1920 x 1080..when i set it at that resolution it wont fit in the whole display..What shall I do? I have it connected with a HDMI to DVI cable...Any advice?

change the overscan settings, since thats a tv and not a monitor it should defult to 6% overscan

where do i change that option? i tried looking all over the nvidia control panel and changing settings n nothing work so far i just changed to both end hdmi and using a converter from hdmi to dvi and still dont work :S

it should be in the tv options, im not sure since i havnt had an nv card for a while
