Deciding on components for next rig...

Comp is strictly for gaming... I will do moderate to aggressive overclock w/ air-cooling with a i7-920 and Asus P6x58. Will get the new Fermi or the ATI 5970.

Which GSkill mem to get?

So, the memory in the second Newegg link would OC better? Or, would be more stable, if I were OC'ing the i7-920 to @ 4.2ghz or so?

Well, it gives you more flexibility, but you may not need it if you're aiming for 4.2GHz. Since it is already a higher speed, you can overclock it beyond it's rated DDR3-2000 while you can't with the DDR3-1600. But like I said, if you're overclocking the CPU that much, you probably wouldn't be running the memory at DDR3-2000+ anyway.
