what app allows gpu changes in win 7 ult?

I just updated to windows 7 ultimate today and cannot find an app that works to change my fan speed, gpu clock, etc. I am running an 8800gt. I downloaded what I thought was nvidias latest tweak utility but that doesnt even show me what the current settings are. What is the latest app that allows me to monitor and change settings?

With riva tuner I can only change the fan settings. I also have tried updating to the 196.21 nvidia drivers as well as uninstalling riva, and reinstalling nvidia systems tools software. The sliders for gpu adjust wont move. I for the life of me dont understand why it is so hard to change my gpu and mem seetings for my 8800gt in windows 7 ult. Anyone have any ideas?

My mobo is a gigabyte p35ds3l and I have installed the latest chipset drivers as well.

Try eVGA precision, if that doesn't work try some older drives.

just a heads up the 196.21 drivers break oc'ing, 196.34's fix this issue. Also i'd recommend msi afterburner (easy to use version of rivatuner)
