Ive never touched P55, but see what default voltages are for that cpu and set them manually, or even set a little lower than default for vcore. Set vdimm to spec (maybe can reduce this later). Set all other voltages to their minimums manually. I don't know what ram multi's you have but set it to a lower than ram-spec speed and slowly raise BLCK to OC. I'm not sure if you should enable turbo or not. Whatever you do, you wont be going too far on an intel cooler! Should probably just increase clocks a little, aim to minimize volts at those clocks to keep heat to a minimum and optimize ram timings and speeds accordingly.

Mine, this is all you have to change for 4ghz:

1.3vcore
1.25 qpi voltage
1.12 pch voltage
1.86 pll
I have 8GB of Ripjaws 2000mhz at 2000mhz with 1.62v

20 x 200, loadline enabled

That's about it :p:

i was able to get 20x200@4000 ddr3-2000 using the same board and cpu.
turbo disabled
vcore-1.36v loadline enabled 1.32v load
qpi voltage-1.32v
pch voltage-auto
pll-auto
vdimm-1.67v

I also have a question about UD3 and i5-750. How to use 21 multiplier? I know it can be used via Turbo burst: then I set x21, Turbo burst become Enabled. But in this case how to Disable x24 multiplier then one core loaded? Simply at this moment freq of CPU reaches 4.4GHz, which is unstable: I set x21 and multiplier was always x21 during tests, saw by CPU-Z, but at one moment, then I load a game for a second I saw x24.....

Enable Turbo, disable all other C1/C3/C6 etc and EIST.

Mine runs 21 x 200 at just a little more voltage than 20 x 200 :)

but doesn't enabling TURBO enable the 24x multi when only one core it loaded? how do you disabled the 24 multi, while keeping the 21 multi? i'm unable to do so with my P55A-UD3. when i enable TURBO, it won't boot. when i disable turbo, it wouldn't fix at 21 multi. maybe there is a setting, but i am yet to discover it yet. help?
