Find the HIP6301 chip , it's near the CPU and voltage regulators . Solder a 10k resistor between pins 7 and 9 . 1.85V should now be 2.2V . Here's the pic :

what is the vmem mod?

I have't tried one yet , you can use the hidden 2.8v setting , that's enough for me . For this you set both vmem jumpers to the 2-3 position .

It sucks, but for me my 2.5v line is down for some reason I can't figure out but every setting I put it to it is actually lower. At 2.8v setting I get 2.75 and I need more :)

Oh, and just to note, I vmodded my board a little differently. I just copied what I did to my iwill kk266 that has the same chip. I connected a line to pin 7 with a 4.6k resistor and grounded it. Does the same thing, 1.85=2.2

Yeah , i know that many drv5's are undervolted on the vmem line .
And pin9 of the 6301 is gnd in fact .
