not sure if its a good deal, just thought some people here might be interested.

Keep it running for at about 4 hours until you reach 60-70 K and 15 K in the first two stages. Read the temperatures at 15-minute intervals and write them down.

The normal pressure at the compressor should be about 100 – 110 psig in operation.

Now its time to refill the empty cryo tank and decrease the temperarture down to 4 K.

I doubt this could really be useful for the type of computer cooling we do here (cooling consumer parts)... As many LN2 users have found out, there is a temperature at which many things simply stop working...

Still, it does look cool. :) But it would probably be more trouble than it's worth.

I know that, but IIRC, a P4 stops operating completely at -13x C...

well these retail for $5.5k, and are 200v ish. $10 shipping is a bargin. Although its missing a cold head (see the autocascade design thread)

it will maintain about 100k @ 200w heatload though.

Look again.thats $10 for packaging.shipping well be truck frieght proberly,it may go ups but doubtful.
depending on where in the country you are.to me it would cost in the neighborhood of $300 just in frieght

It's impossible, the pressure on the chip would be far too great.
