if you're using the bfg es800..it will work others may not.
what psu do you have?

The total wattage ain't that important as how much amp a single 12V rail can provide. I'm running an eVGA GTX 295 Co-op for my 2nd rig with a QX9650@4.0Ghz, 3HDD with a Corsair HX650W just fine while the minimum requirement for the GTX 295 is 680W. Judging from your specs, I believe a decent 750W from PC&Power Cooling, Seasonic, or Corsair will handle it, if you want some headroom, get 800-850W.

the 8800gt shouldent make a difference

for the psu if its a good psu with a strong 12V then it will work, but a 295 as of now is rather weak, they are like $550-600 as of now and EOL so once the ferni is out there will be no driver support past making it work and its the same price as 2 5850 and if u for 2x5850 and an 8800gt for physX it should use less power and be faster

If it is a quality PSU, 800W is easily enough.

NewEgg has had some nice sales on the TX850 lately, keep an eye on NewEgg and you can prob grab one of those for arround $100. Saw them for $109 shipped about 2 or 3 weeks ago I believe.
