Will my pump be able to handle an added GPU?

So currently my setup is a MCR320, Micro Res, Fusion V2, MCW30 chipset block, and a MCP350. I want to water cool my 5850. I just purchased a MCW60 and MCR120 to add to the loop. I think I'm going to pick up a xspc top. With or without the top will the pump be enough to handle this?
