I have decided to take the plunge to the core i7 realm primarily because I use my system primarily for audio/video encoding/editing. I decided to go with the core i7 instead of the i5 so that I can eventually upgrade to the 6 core cpu's as this machine will become my primary video editing/encoding system. I am going with the 920 cpu, Rampage II Gene mobo, 2 6gb kits of corsair TR3X6G1600C8 memory. I know the ram is not as good as it should be but I need quantity rather than overclockability on the ram and those kits are available to me at a great price. Anybody see any issues with them working with this cpu and mobo that I have selected?
