My RivaTuner is missing needed option ??

Hi!:)

So I decided to adjust my fanspeed using the guru 3d guide.

On this page it shows an "X" icon should be there that allows me to create temperature thresholds related to each fan speed profile... Except on mine there is NO "X":confused:
Also I dont get a taskbar icon even though is ticked the checkboxes for it!

I tried going to PowerUser option and telling it the driver number... nothing changed.:confused:

My setup is a GTX275 on W7 x64! :)

I'm not sure why that is happening. An easy fix is if all you want to do is OC control fans and voltage then go with afterburner (its made by the same dude who makes rivatuner) and its really simple to use and create a custom fan profile.

I just installed MSI Afterburner... looks very easy to setup the fan speeds in relation to temps.
But I'm still curious why I dont have that "X"

Typical that thinks like that happen to me... I'm not surprised, really. :(

It could be that you need to force the driver version in the 'power users' tab. Some driver functions are disabled if RT doesnt support the driver.
