I'm working on my P4 system and i'd like to get a 2.26b for it. I want the 3-yr warrenty, and currently Googlegear has the best price ($234 shipped, retail.) I was curious to know if anyone here has ordered a retail 2.26b cpu from them recently... if you did, what FPO/Batch and packing dates did you get?

Well, I decided just to take a chance... I'll post back with the FPO/Batch info on Tuesday.

Heh, i forgot to post my result when i got it.
Anyways, FPO/BATCH: 7212A965
It wasn't the best overclocker, topped out at about 2.9 at 1.65v
I got a new 2.26b from Newegg yesterday, its a Costa Rican Chip.
FPO/Batch: 3214A774
I wasn't too excited when i saw it was from Costa, but it turns out that so far its running nice at 3009mhz at 1.6v :)
I'll continue to push it and see where it caps at.

Capped at 3126... but not very stable.
Oh well, this will tide me over for a few months till the new steppings hit the 2.26s... then maybe my chip will die in an overvolt accident or something :cool:
