What advantage would nhancer give me?

I have been looking at the nhancer application but what advantage would it give me over the nvidea control panel?
Or has the nvidea CP caught up with nhancer?
I am using a GTX295.

Its quite useful much advanced and flexible than the default CP, i use it with GTX 275 and its a hoot.

One of the good things is 32xS (2x2 SSAA + 8xMSAA)
