Doing this build for a friend who is an Army Helicopter Pilot. Used an Asus Sabretooth 55i and a Core i5 750.

Results so far are quite impressive. I know that this board has a Foxconn socket though and i dont want to risk giving it to him and then having problems. Is this OC going to be risky for him to run 24/7?

its at 1.25 volts for 4Ghz to be prime stable with cores maxing out around 74C. Is this going to risk socket burn?

Nah, you'll be fine. Socket burn should only occur at really high volts (not sure the exact number but probably 1.4v+ at least.)
