Just got into the platform and I have 4ghz small fft stable. The problem is I can't stabilize a blend test. A few of the workers instantly fail.

Could someone give me some advice? I've tried CPU VTT up to 1.4v with no luck, also CPU vcore up to 1.3v. Here are my bios settings if it helps anyone (and yes the memory is rated for 1.65v but passes many loops of memtest86+ on 1.62v):

No dice.

Do you guys think upping PCI-e Frequency would help? I thought I remembered reading it helps with high baseclocks (but mine is only 200)?

How exactly do I set it to 21x multi without turbo enabled? I'm really unfamiliar with this board. Thanks.
