I am running 2 loops as stated in my signature.

CPU loop: I will have CPU and NB, SB waterblocks
GPU loop: Currently 5850 only, but I will be getting another 5850 for xfire.

Which rad should I use for these loops? I have 1 triple and 1 quad.

If you have the rads already, then put the quad with the CPU and the triple with the GPUs.

If you wish to overclock the CPU as far as you can, then you would be better putting the NB and SB chips with the GPUs, but your not going to OC heavy and this is your daily rig, it shouldn't matter much. :)

This is my daily rig, so I guess I will be putting CPU loop with quad rad.
And yes, I already have quad and triple rads.

If you have room in your case, use them both. Otherwise, you will be fine with just the quad for everything on a single loop - even the triple will do a decent job.

I've been running an i7 920 at 4 GHz and one 5850 on a MCR 420 and temps are very good. The PII 955 runs much cooler than the i7, and even with the NB/SB blocks and two 5850s, the quad should handle it fine.

I have DD's double wide case so I do have room for 2 rads. :D

Then, by all means, use them both. With decent fans, you should be able to have a very nice setup - plenty of cooling and nice and quiet. Please show us pics when you get it all together.
