View Full Version : What "PC" headphones I could use with PS3?

Well the topics says it all, i'm looking how to get a pc headphone working in a PS3, especially my Plantronics 377, is this posible? if not which one could be used with the PS3? any response would be appreciated!

u can get a reciver or amp that uses rca or optical audio (an amp wont have optical) then use the 8th jack for the headphones, for a mic it has to be a singstar or usb comliant mic for rock band (there are alot of mics that work for rock band) or a blue tooth mic.

i have a real world experience to relay to you with this, i looked forever for something that would allow me to use my creative headset w/mic on the ps3. i finally found a 3.5mm mini-jack to usb plug. some were like thirty bucks, but then i found one for eight bucks. so long ago i dont remember where, but this is what it looks like. works great, for every kind of headphone, headset combo with 3.5mm outputs. you might have to dig through the webs to find one...
