The guy put up over 10 mill across various projects in his time and circumstances change so yes it is a shame but a good effort in my book.

That the project scientist says thanks and good bye was what impressed me. Don't often see that although I have seen project scientist reply to some postings in WCG forums. gdf seems a nice chap.

i dont think i could ever 100% quit crunching. maybe once every disease is cured i will be done.:cool:

Yes I wondered if maybe it was a knee jerk reaction to a pissed off wife or large electric bill. Maybe after dust settles he'll bring something back online. If ya got a PC you can at least crunch WCG and not really effect much elec, heat or noise wise. Anyway just thought the personal note from gdf was nice.
