I sent my US RMA form filled out with my information to rma@gskill.com almost a week ago to replace a set of 2 gig F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ memory sticks, no response. Any help? :shrug:

For the shipment of memory sticks back to me does G.Skill send me a tracking number? Or do I just keep an eye out for it? What shipping service will it come from?

I have been trying to get a RMA from G.Skill for a pair of 2 gig Ripjaws and still no response, please HELP

DeadlyFire, most memory packages are shipped via USPS. If you would a tracking number, you will need to email us, otherwise we expect to process RMAs as fast as possible so that you receive them within 4-7 business after we receive the defective memory. If you do not receive it shortly, please feel free to shoot us an email and we will be more than glad to check the status for you.
