XFX 4890 D601 error! HELP ME!

my desktop just crashed utterly. trying to reboot, it just gives me the red led error on the back of the card D601. is my card just plain dead?

i dont do any overclocking at all, the gpu was at stock clocks, but it wont boot. do i just need to RMA it?

Clear CMOS and reseat the card. Try another PCIe slot if you have one.

If all fails, I'd say you need an RMA.

i tried another card in the same slot and that card works fine. ...

so just clear the cmos on the motherboard?

so i tried clearing the cmos, no luck. looks like i'm off to RMA it... sucks so bad.
