Evening folks,

I was wondering how much of a cpu does GPUGRID need to run cards like Nvidias 275,285, 295, 295 co-op etc. ( purely for crunching)? I know bottlenecking is always a concern, but in this application, I have no clue.

The reason I ask is i have some cpu/mobos lying around but a shortage of video cards. I found a q6600, e6600, Pentium D(830?) of some sort.

Would they cut it?

Thanks alot, I never thought to look at BOINC for that info.

So that looks like I should be to run pretty much anything with my CPUs.

I just discovered my 8800 GTX won't run GPUGRID :( Kind of a shame but reason to upgrade I guess lol.
