Hi,
I have a pair of Ripjaw PC12800 9-9-9-24, they wont run at rated 1.5v, at all, it takes atleast 1.62v for them to run...

MemoryC asked me to ask G.Skill...? My own idea was RMA blocks straight away...

Br,
Marc

Is that actual voltage? They should be able to operate 1.50V.

Thank you

All software tools says so, I will try finding a vdimm reading point on GA-P55-UD4P and measure...

What you use as system? If its Core i5/i7, than its nothing wierd.. its about how much IMC needs to run it properly. Some boards need very specific voltages on both IMC (VTT) and vDIMM to run as it should. Not mentioning that same vDIMM and VTT may or may not work on different pieces of CPU.

What will be a good VTT and vDimm to run 200 x 20 24/7?

Doesnt change anything, I have tried up to 1.58vTT... I have multiple ram kits.

In fact I have tried 1.8VTT, lets not tell Intel  (while using i5 & other ram, I wanted 235*17 on air ~ x5... Another G.Skill pair does this at 8-7-6-18)

Im trying to find vdimm reading point, likely will be next week, I have some incoming hardware and an event coming up :-)

what psu you use, is your 3.3v rail AT 3.3v, if its drooping then your 1.5v set is going to be 1.4X~
